PAYMENT INFORMATION: We accept payment via PayPal All major credit cards and EChecks through PayPal's online payment system. We also accept payment via PROPAY for
telephone orders and email orders (this option is not available through the website). Please DO NOT enter your credit card information on your email, Java Haven will call to get that information. With PROPAY we accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express with phone orders.
Even if you have never used PayPal before, it's easy to get started and there is no cost for you to sign up or make payments.
SHIPPING INFORMATION:
1. All coffee is made per order, there is no coffee sitting around waiting to be sold. It's our desire to send you the freshest coffee possible. Flavored Coffee orders take up to 5 days to process.
2. Your order is processed promptly and shipped after your credit card transaction captured/checks have cleared.
3. All orders are shipped via UPS Ground. UPS 2nd day, express and more are available for additional shipping charge, billed separately through Paypal.
4. You will be provided with a UPS tracking number and you could always monitor your package delivery online.
5. Shipping rates at the time of order is for orders within the United States with
the exception of Hawaii and Alaska. Orders shipping to Hawaii, Alaska and out
of the United States will be billed the difference via Paypal.
